Adam brings over a decade of experience in major sponsorship transactions as a buyer, seller, and consultant. He began his career with KraftHeinz and Labatt Breweries of Canada, activating sponsorship deals.
Later, as Head of Olympic & Sport Partnerships at CBC/Radio-Canada, he managed a $100MM sponsorship portfolio for Rio 2016 and Pyeongchang 2018. Frustrated by the lack of transparency in sponsorship, he founded SponsorPulse to create an actionable source of truth for the industry.
Neal Covant, Chief Revenue Officer·SponsorPulse
Having spent more than 20 years in sponsorship marketing, Neal Covant is best known for simplifying consumer behaviour into strategic solutions that deliver results. Throughout his career, he has worked with and advised hundreds of brands, properties, and agencies to maximize the effectiveness of their sponsorship investments. Neal’s industry expertise spans across all passion points, from sport, entertainment and culture properties to academic institutions and charitable organizations.
In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer at SponsorPulse, Neal is committed to advancing sponsorship marketing globally, which begins with evolving the industry to become more transparent and accessible. Neal is also a proud member of the Sponsorship Marketing Council Canada Board of Directors and is the current Chair.
Neal has an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Specialized Honours BA in Psychology from York University
