SponsorPulse announces the acquisition of PandoPartner, adding the sponsorship management platform to its insight-to-impact ecosystem.
SponsorPulse is continuing to invest in the people, technology, and services that catalyze impact for brands, properties, and agencies leveraging sponsorship to drive business impact. Through the acquisition of PandoPartner, SponsorPulse strengthens the connected ecosystem that its partners rely on to turn sponsorship opportunities into measurable results. Earlier this year, SponsorPulse expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of TTG Canada and Torque Strategies, uniting insight, valuation, strategy, IP building, and in-market representation under one connected model. That combination was built to move seamlessly from insight to impact. Today, it extends that model further with the acquisition of PandoPartner, a sponsorship management platform built to manage deal flow, organize asset inventory, track asset fulfilment, and prove impact through reporting.
Having the best tools available provides our partners with the greatest opportunity to drive business and consumer impact. The suite of insight and valuation tools that SponsorPulse has built, paired with PandoPartner’s management platform, creates a significant competitive advantage in the management of sponsorships from prospecting to reporting and everything in between. We know this first-hand because our team has been powered by PandoPartner’s platform and we continue to see its benefits compound. “Sponsorship is built on partnership, and strong partnerships depend on clarity, accountability, and the ability to demonstrate results,” said Adam Mitchell. “Bringing PandoPartner into our ecosystem gives clients a more connected way to move from opportunity to measurable impact.”
PandoPartner founders Mitch Thompson and Daniel Oh will also join SponsorPulse’s team, further strengthening our technology and industry expertise, expanding the resources available to clients. “Mitch and Daniel have built an exceptional platform and bring a deep understanding of what sponsorship professionals need to succeed,” Mitchell added. “We’re thrilled to welcome them to our growing team. Their experience and perspective will be catalysts for our clients and the industry at large.”
With PandoPartner integrated into our ecosystem, SponsorPulse can now provide consumer insight, competitive intelligence, asset availability, asset valuation, and deal flow management, all in one place. “We have long admired SponsorPulse’s expertise, vision, and track record of innovation in our industry, and we’re incredibly excited to join the team. We have no doubt that the mission we set out on when we founded PandoPartner will be supported, strengthened, and accelerated as part of this new chapter,” said Mitch Thompson, Co-Founder of PandoPartner.
What does it mean for our clients?
A single platform to manage the full sponsorship lifecycle: deals, assets, delivery, and reporting to replace disconnected spreadsheets and manual tracking
Faster access to consumer insight, competitive intelligence, and asset valuation, connected directly to deal and asset management
A streamlined path from evaluating an opportunity to closing and managing the deal
Proven synergies with our existing insight, valuation, strategy, and representation capabilities, built to deliver immediate benefit
Will integration cause disruption?
No. Current PandoPartner clients can now access SponsorPulse insights where they already work, while SponsorPulse clients will have the opportunity to plug PandoPartner into our tooling to better track and manage delivery.
This isn’t a bolt-on. It’s the technology layer that connects the capabilities we’ve already brought together, creating a more seamless experience and giving our partners greater visibility across the sponsorship lifecycle.
What does it mean for our industry?
By bringing insight, management and measurement into a more connected system, partners can make smarter decisions, track performance more easily and demonstrate value with greater confidence. This integration is another step toward building the connected platform we believe the sponsorship industry needs to operate more effectively and unlock greater value.
